Balance!

We live in a world that wealth is most times measured by the abundance of material possession one holds/displays. For instance, someone driving a good car is automatically thought of as a wealthy person. Well, as a friend of mine will say, there are people who drive good cars and they don’t have money or, better still, have a negative or zero net worth.

Get this right, no one is telling you not to pamper yourself. No one is telling you not to buy that luxurious item that catches your fancy. All I am saying is that you should be able to keep the balance right . What’s the essence of carrying that expensive bag or expensive hair and your net worth is almost zero or even negative.

The way you are passionate about quenching your luxurious wants is the same way you should be diligent about managing your personal finances well.

Finally, you should be more concerned about investing in assets that generate passive income.
